Our Story
“Roster Monster, at its core, is an idea born out of personal need that I noticed affected others. Fantasy sports have always been a serious part of my life. It was how I maintained relationships with my family and friends across the world during my many travels for school. Due to my hectic schedule, I often found myself missing critical dates to draft teams and participate in fantasy events with friends and family. I would hate the feeling of missing out on an entire fantasy football season because I wasn't available on draft days.

“With the inception of daily fantasy sports (DFS) I thought a viable solution to my problem had finally arrived. Unfortunately, the only platforms that offered this “solution” seemed financially predatory and designed their UI in a way that was unfriendly to an average player like myself. With no viable options to enjoy fantasy sports, I would have to wait an entire offseason for a chance to be available to draft my team. After missing yet another FF draft with friends in 2017, I decided that “I could build this better”.

“I spent the next 3 months locked in my apartment gaming out an idea that would change the landscape of fantasy sports for years to come. Being a history buff and enjoying the story/traditions behind many sports teams, I came up with an idea that incorporated the sports heroes of the past with the vision of the future. Seasonless fantasy sports, a platform where users would not have to worry about missing draft dates or predatory gambling practices. Roster Monster was made from a deep love of fantasy sports with a focus on providing users with a safe, fun, and strategy based environment where there is no offseason.”
